I added my unborn dependent to my tax return, when I get to the end, it’s showing $0 for my Ga state return instead of $3,000 as it listed on the previous screen. Also, it doesn’t allow you to file state and federal at the same time? It says that I can file state on 1/23/25.

The IRS won’t accept returns until January 27 and you can’t efile a state return before filing the federal one. So try again after that deadline.
An unborn child is never a dependent. Your child must be born alive AND have a valid social security number in order to claim them.
State tax returns must be e-filed at the same time as a federal return is e-filed; or, the state tax return can be e-filed after a federal return is filed and accepted. State returns can't be filed alone.
You can claim them in Georgia
You can claim them in GA.
