This is my first time claiming a child. As of right now my daughter and my girlfriend are getting free health insurance through the state. If I claim my daughter will she lose her free health care because of the money I make?

Can you clarify - your child lived with you and she used to live with another parent, who claimed her as a dependent in prior years?
That's not a tax question. You have to ask the agency that administers the health insurance program.
As to the question, you didn't ask: If you and the other parent live together, either one of you (but not both) may claim the child. You may decide between you which one will claim the child. Only if you can’t agree, do the IRS tie breaker rules apply, to see who has first choice. It may be worthwhile to prepare trial returns, both ways, to see which way the family comes out best. We can't tell you that.
However, you can't claim your daughter as a dependent unless she lives in the same home as you. I suspect that if you all live together, the state probably wants to know the entire household income before they decide on her eligibility for free health care. So I suspect you are already cheating on her benefits, and I suspect you probably already guess that. Also, the IRS probably isn't allowed to share your income information with the state welfare department, but the state tax department certainly could share such information with other state departments.
She is a new born (6months) she has lived with me but has free health care with her mother since we are not married
