I have started my taxes and its telling I'm eligible for the child tax credit it's not showing up in my refund status and I was eligible for EIC as well

Child Tax Credit

did you enter your income yet? EITC and CTC are a function of your income, so even if you are eligible, there are no dollars calculated until the income is entered.
