Child care deductions bug: T778, line 25 not adding up ?

So I'm always doing my taxes with multiple software because... I want to be sure.

And with TurboTax this year I was several thousand down on my return compared to other softwares.

And I think I traced the issue back to daycare expenses not being accounted for.

Line 25 of the T778 is not adding up the previous 2 lines, and basically ignores the daycare expenses entirely.

Actually, ademdum.

This is PartD, which I am not eligible.

The issue is that the amount at line 9 does not transfer at all at line 21400
