If you did not receive a Child and Dependent Care Credit, you can delete Form 2441 from your return (or you wish to re-enter your info in that section).
In the left-side menu, choose Tax Tools > Tools, then 'Delete a Form' from the pop-up menu.
If you had Dependent Care Benefits in Box 10 on your W-2 and/or are filing as Married Filing Separately, go completely through the Dependent Care section in TurboTax.
Here's more info from SuperUserOpus17:
"When married filing separately, you are disqualified from the dependent care credit. You can still use a dependent care FSA, but the limit of eligible expenses is $2500, not $5000. Form 2441 is used to report the FSA, calculate the amount of eligible expenses, and the balance would be added back to their taxable income. However you must also have custody of the child more than half the nights of the year."
