Assuming that this was a Qualified Charitable Distribution from an IRA, you don't enter any details about the charity.  When entering the Form 1099-R you simply respond in the questions that follow that your had some or all of the distribution transferred to charity.  TurboTax will exclude the amount of the QCD from the amount reported on Form 1040 line 4b and will include the notation "QCD" next to the line.  You only provide details to the IRS if the IRS questions the QCD reported on your tax return and asks for details.
