Why are you making me pay $67 for telling me that the amount of money I put in my HSA does not trump the standard deduction...I knew it wouldn't anyway.

I got charged twice for money that I owed. I paid in April w/o filing. And I got charged when I filed California return via Turbotax in July. How to get money back?
