Central Electric A/C purchased in 2016. Where to file for tax break?

I purchased a new central A/C (electric) in 2016.  It was sold to me with the understanding that
it qualified for a tax credit because of it's level of efficiency.
When in Deductions &  Credits -> Home Energy Credits.
On the sheet for "How much did you pay for energy-saving improvements?" I see only a space for
"Advanced main air circulating fan used in a natural gas, propane, or oil furnace" or
"Furnaces and hot water boilers powered by natural gas, propane or, oil".  My A/C is electric
but still supposed to qualify for a tax break because of it's efficiency rating.

I also referenced this link:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/tax-tips/Home-Ownership/Which-Home-Improvements-Qualify-/INF12...

which says:
The second category is "residential energy property costs." It includes:
....
    Central air conditioning systems

Continue through the screens until you see an option for "Energy-Efficient Building Property"

As you can see, that includes electric air conditioners.

Please see the screen shots below for that category.
