Continue through the screens until you see an option for "Energy-Efficient Building Property"
As you can see, that includes electric air conditioners.

Log in to your TurboTax Online account, or open your return in TurboTax CD/Download
Click to Continue your return/Take me to my return
- Click on Federal Taxes
- Click on Deductions & Credits
- Click on "Check for more tax breaks"
- Click on "Skip to all tax breaks"
- Find the section titled Your Home, click to Show More
- Find Home Energy Credits and click to Start or Edit/Revisit
Enter
the information for your qualified electric heat pump in the box
titled, "Energy-Efficient Building Property" if you click the Learn More
link beside of it, you will see that it includes central air
conditioner
