I'm assuming you are referring to a capital loss carryover. If so, you will want to look at your 2018 Schedule D. Lines 6 and 14 on Schedule D will display your short- and long-term capital loss carryovers, respectively.
If you used TurboTax in 2018 and you are using the same account, it will automatically carry over. If you used a different service in 2018, just search for capital loss carryover, and then select the Jump to link in the search results. We'll take you to the screen where you can enter that info from your prior year return.
