Cannot get Turbo Tax Deluxe 2017 to access my It's Deductible account.

Its stating I have a bad internet connection but I don't.  I can pull up Its Deductible but Turbo Tax can't get to it.  I was able to download other things into Turbo Tax with no problem.

Cannot get Turbo Tax Deluxe 2017 to access my It's Deductible account.

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution to your problem. Two years ago, I had the exact same thing happen to me, and I ended up having to manually enter all of the deductions, which was a royal pain in the you know what. It said I didn't have an Internet connection, but I could connect directly to the ItsDeductible web site, but, like in your case, the Turbo Tax software couldn't access/import the information. I was also able to import information from other organizations (employer, banks and investment firms), but not from ItsDeductible.
I am fairly technically savvy (20+ years working with personal computers and softwares, setting up networks, teaching computer courses at a community college, etc), and I couldn't resolve the problem when I encountered it. I did send a not so nice e-mail to Intuit after I finished my taxes. I let them know about the problem and the fact that I was not happy with having to manually enter all of the deductions, which defeats the purpose of having a web site like ItsDeductible.
I hope you are able to resolve the problem by repeated attempts to get Turbo Tax to import the information from ItsDeductible, and that you don't have to manually enter all of the information. Again, sorry I don't have a solution. I just wanted to let you know that you're not the first person who has encountered this. But, now I'm ticked that after it happening to me 2 years ago, they haven't fixed the problem and it has now happened to someone else.

Cannot get Turbo Tax Deluxe 2017 to access my It's Deductible account.

After some further research, it looks like this happens when you click on the "deny" response when it asks that Intuit acess your information, which I did.  I then needed to uncheck the autofill option in my browser preferences tab regarding passwords/security.  After a computer restart, I came back to this screen and needed to type in my keychain password and that did the trick.  I hope this helps the next person.
