Can you use standard milage on vehicle and what is the standard milage for 2017 taxes

Yes, you can use the standard mileage rates for 2017 taxes if you are claiming the business use of a vehicle.  The standard business mileage rate is $0.535 cents per mile for 2017.  There are also standard mileage rates of $0.17 for medical/moving purposes and $0.14 for charitable mileage.
