Can't transfer It Deductible into my Turbotax

My ItsDeductible is not transferring into Turbo Tax.  I put in the password but it just shakes.  I need HELP.  My keychain shows 3 passwords under Intuit but it still shakes when I put each of them in.  Where is the password that will allow me to transfer my ItsDeductible data into my TurboTax for 2022?  Thank you in advance for your help.
