Can't enter tuition

I didn't have the 1098T form handy and continued on to the rest of the return. Now I have it but it has zero entered and won't let me change it

You may want to try the method described in the TurboTax FAQ below.  This allows you to re-open your return and make changes.  Once you've completed your data entry, you can then proceed on through the e-filing process.  Please post back if you continue to have difficulty.
