In the CD/Download version of TurboTax, you can prepare as many federal returns as you want, but only five can be e-filed.

BUT...always a but

....If you use the "Online" software to prepare hers....you must have, and use, an entirely separate tax account for her preparation and tax file.  You cannot prepare both your own, and hers in the same "Online" tax account.

Only Desktop software allows you to prepare multiple tax files with the same software set.
