Yes, you can. If you aren't sure if itemizing will be better for you, the best way to find out is to enter the deductions that you have.

At the end of the Deductions and Credits section, Turbo Tax will show your total itemized deductions and your standard deduction, so that you can choose the higher amount.

Don't forget that some itemized deductions can be used on your state return. This information carries into your state from the federal return automatically.
