Can I deduct WA State "Use Tax"?

I bought a trailer and didn't pay sales tax but paid use tax, can I deduct that in the sales tax section?

Yes, if you itemize your deductions and you are claiming WA sales tax on you return, you can deduct your WA use tax under major purchases under the sales tax section:

 To enter your sales/use taxes in TurboTax Online or Desktop, please follow these steps:

1. Once you are in your tax return, click on the “Federal Taxes” tab ("Personal" tab in TurboTax Home & Business)
2. Next click on “Deductions & Credits”
3. Next click on "jump to full list" or “I’ll choose what I work on”
4. Scroll down the screen until to come to the section “Estimates and Other Taxes Paid ”
5. Choose "show more", then Sales Tax (start/update/revisit)
6. Choose - continue to sales tax and choose "Easy Guide"
7. On the screen that says Major Purchase - select "yes"
8. Enter your trailer information and use tax here on the next screen (see attached screenshot)

Can you still deduct WA state use tax in 2018?

I cant see the screen shot where you enter the use tax, I am confused on that part, because there is no percentage i think i can enter is that correct?

That is correct, the sales tax percentage is based on your local tax percentage which is the rate you use for use tax.
