That would be a medical expense deduction if you itemize. You can only deduct an amount of total medical expenses greater than 7.5 percent of your AGI.

Yes, you can deduct your replacement crowns as an itemized deduction.  However, you can only deduct medical and dental expenses that exceed 7.5% of your adjusted gross.  If you take the standard deduction you can not deduct your medical expenses.
