Can I deduct the amount that is stated on my medical that was satisfied as paid . where my "deductible" has been made, is that what I can use as Paid by me?

Not necessarily.  It depends on how those expenses were paid.   Medical expenses that you paid out-of-pocket that were not reimbursed by insurance or a tax-advantaged medical spending account can be claimed as a deduction.  Any amounts that you paid out-of-pocket to satisfy your deductible can be claimed. 

In order for the expenses to affect your tax return, you must be using itemized deductions and the total must exceed 7.5% of your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).
