Can i deduct medical insurance in Wisconsin without itemizing?

I am 66 years old, and not employed or self-employed, I am 'other', and am not itemizing.  I was wondering if I could deduct my medical insurance premiums in Wisconsin on Form 1, line 11, code 1.  And how would I do that?

Can i deduct medical insurance in Wisconsin without itemizing?

You must first enter your medical expenses as an itemized deduction on your federal return so that they will carry over to your state return. Once you have done so, they will carry over to Wisconsin Form 1.
