Can I deduct charitable donations from my dependents to charity?

No, only contributions you make.  If you have the children give you the money they tithe and then allow you to make the actual donation in your name, you could deduct it because they are gifting you with the money you're using for the donation.

No  You can only deduct the donations you personally made.
