Can I claim the following under Sales Expenses for the sale of my home in 2016: Home Inspection Fee, Roof Repair costs, Title-Escrow Fees, Title-Recon Tracking Fee

I also would like to know if I can claim Resale Fees

Yes, those are deductible costs of selling the home, with the exception of the roof repair. 

The roof repair is a maintenance cost of the home. I'm sure that it came up during the inspection, however it is not considered a sales expense. 

If this is a rental then the roof repair should be added to the Sch E Rental expenses.
