Can I claim clean vehicle tax credit if I am leasing a new plugin hybrids vehicle?

I am Leasing a new energy efficient vehicle and I received the tax credit as saving in my Lease agreement, do I need to report this in my Tax retrurn?

No. You can only claim the EV credit if you purchased the vehicle. It is not available for leased vehicles.
