Can both unmarried can claim HOD with same address?

Unmarried couple have 3 kids and my mom live with us(no job) can I claim my mom with head of household and my partner can claim all 3 of our kids with head of household?

can two people claim Head of Household at the same address? The IRS says no, unless each can prove they’re maintaining their own household and supporting different dependents.

to claim HOH, a taxpayer must pay more than 1/2 the cost of maintaining the household.
