Both 1095A and 1095C (required healthcare)

Are you sure that you had both forms, 1095-A and 1095-C at the same time? Please double check your forms and months of coverage on the both forms and also if there are Advanced Premiums were made on your 1095-A.

yes i have both and have totally filled everything in. they said i was penalized for not paying enough premium in.

If you were covered by employer-provider health insurance, which reported on form 1095-C, you weren't eligible for any advance premiums payments made for the same period, which reported on form 1095-A.
