Donated to Goodwill items not cash.

Certainly, non-cash donations to registered not-for-profit charities like Goodwill Industries are tax deductible, both for federal and for Arizona state purposes.
Depeding on what you donate, and for how much you value the deduction, the amount (or level) of your disclosure requirements will vary significantly. But, absolutely you can deduct Goodwill non-cash donations. TurboTax will ask all the necessary questions.
In order to do so, however, you first need to make your charitable donation data entry on the federal side of the program, and not directly into the Arizona state program (as your federal itemized deductions will then carry over to your Arizona return, once you begin the state program in TurboTax).
Both as a test of this, and as demonstrable proof for this answer, I ran a (hypothetical) sample $15,000 non-cash donation to Goodwill, made by John & Jane Doe, all through the federal and Arizona state TurboTax programs. The results came out just as expected, without any errors present. (Please see the attached screen-capture images for a visual aid; simply click to open.)
If you have further questions, encounter any difficulties, or just want to speak with a live tax expert who can walk you through your TurboTax entries (including the ability to screen-share with your computer), please feel free to contact us. We would be happy to help you (and as a paying customer, the call is free to you). Here is a link where you can create a support ticket and reach us:
