Are my parents able to claim me on their tax returns this year?
In 2018, I lived with my parents up until August. During that time, they paid all of the house bills. However, I paid all other living expenses. Examples include gas, medical bills, dental bills, groceries, insurance, phone bill, subscriptions, etc. I received no personal financial help from either of them. Last year I was never a full time student (only part time for 4 months), and I made more than $4,150. I am currently 21 years old turning 22 this year. Are my parents able to claim me as a dependent for the 2018 tax year?

Since your are age 19 or older and not a full time student in 2018 and have gross income of $4,150 or more then no one can claim you as a dependent for 2018.
