I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
That question is primarily for truck drivers, bus drivers, RR workers who are moving loads and people thru different states all the time.
i.e. you wouldn't want to have to file a state tax return for "working" in every state you made a semi-load-oil-gas-grain delivery in (etc).....or picked up/dropped off passengers, or supplies & loads all over the USA.
