Add or Edit Idems not working

When I add an item it will not update the item or a value. Cannot add any items for charitable contributions. Very frustrating.

Are you working the Turbotax downloaded program  or the Online It's Deductible program ?  

If the download ... make sure the program has been updated and if this is for 2019 then you will need to be patient until the 2019 version is fully operational sometime in January.

If the It's Deductible program clear your cookies and/or switch browsers.

I have gone through the Downloaded program and entered both cash and clothing and it has worked perfectly.
