Accidentally clicked 5405 form for first time home buyer credit. Can't seem to get this form off my screen

To delete Form 5405 Repayment of the First-Time Homebuyer Credit:

• Once you're in your return, on blue dashboard click on My Account and select Tools, then under Other helpful links....  choose Delete a Form
• Scroll down to Form 5405 and click Delete button to the right
