5th Wheel Travel Trailer used a stationary rental full time.

I purchased a 5th Wheel Travel Trailer March 2025. It has solely been used as a stationary rental the entire year at an RV Resort. I collect monthly rent and pay monthly interest on the loan; the tenant pays the space rent including all utilities. I am uncertain as to how to properly navigate and enter the information into Turbo Tax Premier Edition. Do I enter it as a business, rental income, can I claim depreciation, etc.
