How do I submit to TurboTax software support for help? I'm using deluxe.

Form 4684 is not yet released in TurboTax. The current estimated release date is 3/4/2021. Note that this is an estimate - you can follow the form's progress at the Federal Forms Availability webpage.

Why is it not ready yet? This likely has to do with the ton of last minute changes being made on taxes by Congress and the IRS.

In a normal year, the IRS has pretty much wrapped up tax changes by late November - not this year.
