401k - Turbo tax won't go there

I have 401k contributions last year, but TurboTax  won't let me go there.  I want to try for the Retirement Savings Contribution Credit.  I click on the button, and it just keeps showing me the main menu for Deductions and Credits.

Please make sure that you have entered box 12 on your W-2 correctly for 401k contributions:

1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “W-2”
2. Click on “Jump to W-2”

You might have to close and restart the program and make sure it is updated.

If you do not qualify for the Savers Credit because of your income you will get a message that you do not qualify.
