1099R help

Hi need to know how to apply my 1099R in tax preparation please help they keep asking for IRA AND certain number and letter boxes I'm confused

To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
