We have a summer home that we do not rent. Where do I put the info from the lender (from the 1098)?

1098 for a second home

Second home data entry is the same as your primary residence's entry.

Federal Taxes
Deductions and Credits
Your Home - Select Mortgage interest, Refinancing and Insurance and/or Property Taxes - you will be asked to add another lender or enter property taxes on 2nd home.
