Please see DR1778 which states that it is the cover document for attachments to your Colorado return.

This form strongly encourages you to send attachments electronically. To do so, go to to Colorado.gov/RevenueOnline, and look for "Submit an e-filer Attachment".

Colorado revenue refund shows apprvoed but sent by a check why? Also did turbo tax provide address I gave turbo tax? Otherwise sent to wrong address no more forwarding.
