WI State download doesn't allow efile because of COVID 401k distribution

Hello,

Federal version has added the support for form 8519E and I was able to efile my Federal Taxes.

But now, the very same issue is preventing my State (Wisconsin) efile from occurring.  It keeps looping back to WI Schedule 1 form line 22 with or without the penalty included.  This amount should be waived as the WI legislature has already approved the bill to waive it and Governor has signed the bill.  When I try to override the amount, it still won't allow me to efile either.  Is there a fix for this, if not available yet, when will it be?

My other option is to file a paper form, but I paid to efile the State form, can I get a refund?

According to Turbotax Help, the Wisconsin issue (1099r / 8915e) will be fixed by 3/15/21.

You could try deleting Wisconsin, then adding it again at that time.
