Why is TurboTax forcing a WA state filing

What does not work? 

Are you filing for the "Washington State Families Tax Credit"?

When people post answers they really need to specify whether using Online Turbotax or desktop and for desktop indicate windows or mac, not sure for desktop if there is a difference.

The desktop doesn't have/show whatever people had said before to go to and hit delete.

I use desktop Mac and at the end when I efile, I just uncheck the file for WA and will file later. Since I am part year resident of NC and live in WA now. I had to download NC to file non-resident and never downloaded WA since I didn't need it.
