Why is State of Georgia form IT-FC required since I am not in the entertainment business?

Turbo tax has completed State of Georgia form IT-FC, Film Tax Credit, as a part of my 2020 tax filing.  I am not in the film business and do not need this form.  How do I eliminate the form

Film Tax Credits, also known as movie production incentives, they are tax benefits offered on a state by state basis throughout the United States to encourage in-state film production. 

If that does not apply to you, follow the instructions to delete the form:

• Click "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
• Click "Tools"
• Click "Delete a Form"
• Find the form you wish to delete 
• "Delete"
• "Confirm Deletion"

I can't find the form in the form list to delete it
