Sorry, but we don't know what your state is, and we don't know what the 3 months refers to. And we don't know how they are saying it.

Why is my state saying 3 months?

Is it GA? That state has told taxpayers to plan on 90 days for refunds. If not, only your state can tell you why it takes 3 months. Thee do not notify TT.
