Why is my e-filed state return still pending after TWO weeks?

I e-filed my state return on 2/28/20 and it is STILL pending as of 3/14/20. Why is it taking so long to be accepted? Anything I can do?

It depends.

Sometimes it's within 24-48 hours and other times it can take several days.
