Why is it asking about the Minnesota Tax Rebate Program from 2021?

The program is still asking about that rebate as it is possible (although not probable) that a Taxpayer received that rebate in Tax Year 2025.

If you did not receive the rebate late (in Tax Year 2025) please answer no to that question and move forward.
