Why does MI Homestead Property Tax Credit Claim MI-1040CR on deceased resident not qualify for homestead property tax credit? MI IRS told me she does qualify.

For the MICHIGAN Homestead Property Tax Credit Claim MI-1040CR on a deceased Michigan resident, it appears that Turbotax says that my mom do not qualify for a homestead property tax credit for 2024. All other years, my mom received the credit when she was alive. This year when she died in Dec 2024, she does not qualify. Michigan IRS told me she does qualify. Has anyone seen this error in Turbotax for this situation?
