Why did I receive an email telling me "It's time to file your New Jersey Stat Taxes!"? I live in Texas, which doesn't have a state income tax to begin with.

I got the same email today and I live in Texas and that worry me about our info been stolen from Turbo tax and I can’t get answer from anyone all automated

I don't suppose you work for Kroger, do you? I've a sneaking suspicion it could be related to Kroger's massive screw up of W-2's. If they misreported some of our earnings to another state, that could explain it, but I've got no way to find out, and we're still waiting on everything to get fixed.
