Why did I get charged for my state filing when I purchased a Premier Edition which included one free state filing?

When I purchased my Turbo Tax on line the version I bought included one free state return for eFile. I just completed my return but when I went to eFile my state return it charged me $25. What have I missed???

With TurboTax Premier CD/Download software, you get one free state download. This means you can prepare and print unlimited returns for one state at no extra cost. There is an additional fee to e-file your state return.
