Why can't I file my Illinois state return yet?

My federal return has been accepted and I already received my refund but state return can't be efiled yet.  Other people I know have already efiled their Illinois return so I don't know what is going on.

Not all of the Illinois state tax forms and schedules have been finalized yet. Most likely one of the forms that has not been finalized is included in your return. The remainder of Illinois state tax forms are due to be finalized no later than 2/9/18.
