Where to show non-military moving expense on Oklahoma state return?

Moving expense is no longer deductible in Oklahoma,

Oklahoma has rolling conformity to the federal tax code (https://taxfoundation.org/state-conformity-federal-tax-reform)

This means that when The Tax Cut and Jobs Act eliminated the deduction for moving for all but military moving under orders, Oklahoma eliminated the deduction in their state, too.

Interesting.  I called the tax commission on Feb. 6th 2020 and they told me despite using a federal form which clearly states it is only for military ordered relocation, moving expenses to Oklahoma are a valid deduction as long as it meets the proximity to start date, distance, and duration tests.
