Where on my tax form can I find if I applied for an oregon individual development account initiative credit?? I was sent a letter from ODR, but I’ve never heard of it and don’t remember applying that credit to my refund.

If you applied for the IDA Credit, it would be found on the Oregon Adjustments Schedule OR-ASC.
