Where do we count Election Judge Stipend?

Your Election Judge Stipend  will be reported as misc income on your tax return

With TurboTax open Click Wages & Income.

Click  I'll choose what I work on.

 On the line  Less Common Income.  Click the Start or Update button for miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C.

On the next screen, Let's Work on Any Miscellaneous Income,  scroll down and click the Start or Update button for  Other reportable income.

Follow the screen prompts to enter your Election Judge Stipend

The income will be reported on Form 1040 line 21 with the description that you entered.

Followed directions exactly; however, amount does not show up anywhere on the Form 1040. HELP!

The amount will show up on Form 1040 Schedule 1 line 21 and then is carried over  to Form 1040 line 6

I did this but then had message that  I needed to fill out a 8919-- which didn't make sense as there is no W-2 or other statement involved.  Somehow, now my $190 is doubled on the 1040 and I it won't let me change it.  Help!
