Where can I find the South Carolina 2017 solar energy credit form online?

Since TurboTax doesn't offer this form automatically when preparing tax return on the site, will I still be able to file my South Carolina state return electronically?  If so, how do I ensure that this mandatory form is included with my return when I e-file?  Thanks.

Can someone answer this question. Since turbo tax doesn't offer SCH TC 38 online, is the only option available is to do paper filing?
